Initially I felt perturbed by the directness of Aaron as I needed to ask him for clarification on the sales process as this style of purchasing is new, at least to myself. Aaron was very professional and had a great knowledge of the market. He kept us up-to-date constantly throughout the selling process and went over and beyond the call of duty given we were located in Sydney and had to organise everything remotely. When preparing the house for sale, he made himself available to let in tradesmen or attend any important meetings on our behalf. He even helped with cleaning the property on occasion! Even when we had some challenges with the house which were outside our control, his support was second to none. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent on the Gold Coast and wish him and his team every success in the future.
