We couldn’t be happier with the result Pearls achieved for us. Selling and buying at the same time was stressful, but Pearls kept everything on track from start to finish. She was always easy to contact, kept us updated, and gave honest advice throughout the whole process. We did wonder if we should have listed our home a little higher, especially when other similar properties came onto the market with higher prices. Looking back, Pearls got the strategy right. Our home sold within a few weeks, while many of those properties were still on the market months later.
