We were lucky to have found Kim amongst the myriad of agents available. She was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The advertising photos were fantastic and she had secured a sale within two weeks of hitting the market. Would definitely recommend this agency and Kim in particular

Aaron was extremely easy to deal with. Was honest and upfront when we met with him. We had a cyclone in between but secured a contract on our property in no time at all. Would highly recommend him and his agency, One Percent Property Sales. The whole experience was stress free.
