Stuart, Jess and the team at 1% Tannum Sands were amazing to deal with. I had been warned against hiring agents with lower fees, as they are only after a quick sale. Yes the sale was quick, given the market, though the sales price was well negotiated and satisfactory. The whole experience was professional, information was prompt, calls were answered and returned promptly. The Photographer was extremely professional and helpful, the property photos looked great. The sales and legal platform being electronic, made things very easy, with no paper mountain! I highly recommend the 1% agency and Stuart Grayer. Save yourself some money, time and hassles and give them a try.

WOULD BE NICE IF THEY RANG YOU AND WORKED FOR THE SELLER. Be aware that you will pay more than quoted. Have sold alot of houses over the years and have never had the experience like what i have this time. Never again .
