We were fairly new to the area where we eventually purchased our new home with David and he was so helpful. He gave us lots of advice & insights into the area as he was a local resident himself! David was friendly and super easy to work with from the start, even if our purchase had a few bumps in the road. David has a real down to earth, straight talking, no BS kind of attitude which we really loved - so much so that my mother-in-law ended up buying an apartment with him too! We are so glad that David was the agent to sell us our new home as now we've gained a great neighbour has well.

Dealing with selling a property with overseas sellers is a challenge but David provided all the information we needed. This included market appraisals, regular updates and documentation using modern communication methods. David was readily available for discussion of issues that arose and to use his words is a sharp shooter telling things the way they are with professionalism and good negotiating skills. Price was reasonable too.

Aaron made this process very easy for us as buyers. As buyers, we had agents lead us on and give us false hope for probably about a year. Aaron was honest with us and was only happy to help out with our request. If you’re selling, and want an agent that treats your buyer with courtesy and respect, I’d say Aaron is a good bet.

David manages all of the external stakeholders from Building and Pest thru to Conveyancers. We have no hesitation in recommending David whether you’re an investor like us or a private seller.
