This was the 2nd house I have sold with Stuart, Roxy and Jess and the process was once again very smooth and professional, they know the local market and are a pleasure to do business with I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the local market.

After being with another Agent for 5 months and minimal activity, we re listed with Stuart. Amazingly he had our property sold after 3 weeks. He obviously knows how to sell, he doesn't just wait for a buyer to appear. He and his staff kept us up to date with the progress of the sale all along. I will definitely be recommending Onepercent Property Sales to anyway interested in selling or buying.

From start to finish, my experience with this agent has been exceptional. Kim was friendly, professional and accommodating. She acted quickly on requests and from what I could tell, she had an excellent rapport with the seller. All in all I have been extremely happy with the experience in buying a home and with the outcome

David Sullivan from One Percent Property Sales was our Agent in the sale of our investment property in Goodna, QLD. We found David to be genuine and down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was an issue for David and his responses to any queries were quick and in plain English. We definitely recommend David and his team at One Percent to anyone looking to sell property.

I contacted David about half a year ago to inquire about the process of selling with 1% Property Sales. When I was ready to proceed, he proved capable and ensured a speedy sale with minimal fuss. The platform Rundl worked effectively and all the documentation was handled promptly.

Best decision we made was to sell our home with Stuart at One %, selling with them just made sense. Stuart and Roxy did an amazing job, working with us to sell our unique property. Communication was great, they explained everything along the way. From day one everything was professional, stress free and simple! Best real estate to sell and buy from, highly recommended.
