David is a delight to work with. He is energetic, always positive and very professional. He knows the market and used all of his knowledge to sell our property in a tricky market. His communication was exemplary - we had access to him at all times, he returned calls promptly and was in constant contact throughout the whole process. He helped make the process much easier.

Stuart was fantastic to work with. We have never sold a property before, and Stuart assisted us throughout the process in a straightforward and honest way. He ensured we got the best possible price for our house, explained all the processes and possibilities, and generally smoothed the way for us. We will definitely use Stuart again for any future house sales.

Marketing a property is about presentation, street appeal and "freaky clean". Once that's done, your agent does the rest; that is if your agent is David Sullivan. I took his number from a SOLD sign in 2013 and struck GOLD!! With 4 properties sold between 2013 and 2022, during market highs and lows, I highly recommend David Sullivan. Smart, personable, sales savvy, positive and with an amazing ability to read the market, his judgement has never let me down. His efforts have always exceeded my expectations. David Sullivan 0447070595; you will NOT be disappointed!!

Aaron was a great help in selling my property and got me top dollar. He knew the area and what I could expect for the property. The ease and quick time he was able to accomplish the sale exceeded all my expectations. As I had not sold a property in over 15 years, times had obviously changed and was hesitant in what to expect. The confidence he showed, made the sale experience very easy. Certainly will recommend him to my all my friends.

The sales team were really helpful and helped me through the purchase programme, and with the help of my solicitor as well. I'll enjoy my new home as soon as my responsibilities for family allow me too. Thanks Jenny

Great agent, great knowledge, goes above & beyond to make sure there is no stress, being from Melbourne we have little knowledge about things in QLD, but Aaron went beyond his duties and made sure we have nothing to stress about and gave us all the contacts we needed, communicated so well and anything we asked for he never said no and got it done in no time.
