The best in the business!
I’ve dealt with many real estate agents in my life but haven’t felt so greatly looked after until our recent purchase through Rowena. She has been nothing but honest and transparent with us, and she has made our experience 10x better than the last. We will definitely be going through Rowena again for our next purchases/ sales. Can not recommend her enough!!!

Handled a multiple offer situation very well and was very happy with the end result. Something that's often hard to judge when meeting an agent for the first time is how well they'll handle the complex situations. Rowena is certainly a highly experienced operator and she handled the curve balls that came her way in the high pressure, last few hours before the expiration of the finance clause that certainly required a lot of quick thinking. Due to my busy day job, I was often too busy to take calls but Rowena always came to me well prepared with all the information at hand for me to make a quick decision. Extremely happy with the sale and would use her services again for my next listing.

I was a little worried going into the sale process as the house certainly wasn't going to sell itself. Rowena had a solid strategy of who to target and really went the extra mile with the eventual buyer, helping them work through ways to increase the rental yield in the property. Very knowledgeable of the Logan area, did not try to "buy" the listing by promising an unrealistically high price (her estimates were within range of my own valuations). Just good, honest advice. Made the selling process a breeze and I was very pleased with the result.

Professional, Prompt, Great Communicator
Purchased my first home through Rowena, and the entire experience was pleasant, considerate, and easy for a first buyer. It's always a lot of stress and work getting a home sale but Rowena made everything on her end of the equation really easy to deal with and she liaised between me and the seller to smooth over any bumps.
