After a long-term tenant moved out, the apartment needed a complete makeover. What could have been a very stressful process became seamless thanks to the team at Shire Agents. Their knowledge, guidance, and support in coordinating trades made all the difference, and I felt confident knowing I had their support throughout the process. The result speaks for itself: just two days after the apartment went on the market, the lease was signed, with the new tenants moving in the following week. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to the team for making what could have been a challenging experience so straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shire Agents to other property owners, landlords, and anyone looking to rent. Their professionalism, knowledge, and support make them a pleasure to work with.

I've unfortunately leased a few homes in my time. I think at this stage i have experienced most real estates in the shire with varying levels of support. Shire Agents is completely different. Shire Agents actually care. I have recently (not my current lease) been through arguably one of the worst situations you can experience in a rental (through no fault of the real estate or myself). Not only were they compassionate throughout, they advocated for me even when they were confronted with resistance. They were able to maintain a positive relationship with myself as the tenant and the owner who was placed in a difficult position as well. Their communication was clear and non-confrontational, their negotiation skill were top notch and their professionalism ensured that the owner & tenant were supported whilst they fought for both our rights against a strata. I have now leased 3 properties through them over the last 10 years & will continue to do so, as they treat you like a human rather than income for someone else mortgage like other real estates tend to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shire Agents to anyone in the shire who wants to be treated like a human whilst renting.

Very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. The documentation was thorough and well prepared, providing clear protection for both parties. A trustworthy company that delivers a high standard of service. If I ever need an agent in the future, I will definitely think of this company because of their attention to detail and excellent service.

Shire Agents were a pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism and clear communication stood out from the beginning. They are clearly experts in the local market and were very responsive to all my inquiries, providing updates at every step. It’s rare to find an agency that is both this effective and easy to communicate with. They made what is usually a complicated process feel straightforward and fast. I’m very impressed with their dedication and results.
