Thank you Shire Agents! My partner and I recently approached Nathan at Shire Agents to manage our investment property in Kirrawee. Our property had been mismanaged by our previous Agent and fallen into complete disrepair. Nathan understood how apprehensive we were re-entering the market and immediately set about making us feel like he was part of our team. Whilst preparing our property for tenancy Nathan continually encouraged us during the renovation honestly pointing out and prioritising works with recommendations based on his vast rental property knowledge. He also provided market research, pricing, and realistic time frames. Any fears that we still may have had disappeared very quickly when our property was tenanted within a week of going live. I have been with Shire Agents for over 25 years and most, if not all, of that time has been with Ava Ferguson. I have not worried about my property once during this long association because I know it is in capable hands. Whether that be collecting the rent, inspecting the property or arranging painting and carpeting, I have a brief and enjoyable conversation with Ava and everything is dealt with. I once had several properties but I have liquidated them over the years except for this one because Ava ensures that it is hassle free for me and always well cared for and profitable. My unit needed urgent love and care before a new tenant was to lease and I was at the end of my pregnancy. Ava took the entire job on, liaising with me when necessary to renovate the unit. Lauren was a fantastic Leasing Agent to deal with throughout the whole process of signing our new lease, from inspecting the property, all the way up to when we received our keys!
