We are long term renters and haven’t experienced service like what we’ve received from Shire Agents to date. Our Leasing Agent Lauren has been wonderful, her friendly and professional nature second to none. Every interaction we’ve had so far in the leasing process has been a dream and the team at Shire Agents are fantastic, from the lovely receptionist to our new Property Manager Nathan. We are so grateful to be looked after by Shire Agents and look forward to a long relationship with them.

I have been with Shire Agents for over 25 years and most, if not all, of that time has been with Ava Ferguson. I have not worried about my property once during this long association because I know it is in capable hands. Whether that be collecting the rent, inspecting the property or arranging painting and carpeting, I have a brief and enjoyable conversation with Ava and everything is dealt with. I once had several properties but I have liquidated them over the years except for this one because Ava ensures that it is hassle free for me and always well cared for and profitable. What more is there to say.

My unit needed urgent love and care before a new tenant was to lease and I was at the end of my pregnancy. Ava took the entire job on, liaising with me when necessary to renovate the unit. Making the process stress free for me. I was blown away with her work ethic, commitment and genuine care. Thank you Ava! I have dealt with many agencies (as a renter and home owner) and I cannot fault Shire Agents. I highly recommend their business to anybody and will continue to use them in the future.

Lauren was a fantastic Leasing Agent to deal with throughout the whole process of signing our new lease, from inspecting the property, all the way up to when we received our keys! She was very responsive to questions that we had and provided all the information we needed. Would recommend leasing a property through Shire Agents for their service!

I recently moved into my new rental managed by Shire Agents, this was my first experience renting and therefore dealing with a real estate agency for leasing. I predominately dealt with the agent Lauren and I honestly couldn't recommend her and the agency more. From viewing the property, to securing the property, the entire process was professional and seamless. All questions were answered, communication was prompt and I honestly felt Lauren and the other team members I dealt with all genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Lauren and Shire Agents. Beautiful people, professional Agency!
