Shire Agents have been managing our property for quite a few years now and they have always been so easy and friendly to deal with. Ava particularly is always on top of things, extremely organised and I feel like she genuinely cares. I highly recommend Shire Agents.
Shire Agents
This agency has managed our unit for over 20 years and after our last tenant vacated it was time to renovate the premises prior to letting it out again. With the guidance and advise given by our manager Ava, this was carried out within a minimum of time and fuss, with lots of advice on how to have it carried out, with the result of a very quick new tenant being able to move in.

Ava from Shire Agents was fantastic to deal with. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole leasing process. From organising quotes and trades for upgrades that were needed in our property, to finding a new tenant within a couple of days, it’s been a very smooth process. We are extremely grateful and satisfied for the attention and service we have received and highly recommend Shire Agents.

I had a great experience with Nathan Jones who assisted in leasing out my unit. Everything was arranged with ease and via a couple of phone calls. The unit was leased with minimum fuss and down time. Couldn't expect any more than the excellent service I received.

Recently advised that out tenant was vacating our rental property. Shire Agents did an outstanding job in managing the ‘open house’ reviewing applications and providing us with a short list of suitable renters all within two weeks. Ava and her team did a remarkable job communication with us was excellent. We highly recommend Shire Agents to any prospective customers.
Shire Agents
I have recently placed my unit with Shire Agents and safe to say I will be strongly recommending them going forward. Leisl Waters was extremely knowledgeable and walked me the entire contract giving me peace of mind. When it came time to letting the unit Nathan Jones kept me a breast of all the going ons throughout the process. The Dream Team as I call them managed to lease my apartment in 7 days for a great price.
Shire Agents
We have been with Shire Agents for many years. They provide outstanding service. Their personnel are always helpful, especially Ava Fergusson. They can be relied upon for accurate advice, are quick to respond to any request and have very detailed knowledge of the market in Sutherland Shire. We certainly recommend them.

We moved overseas in 2019 and renting our family home was very stressful as we didn't want it to be ruined in the process. After a conversation with Nathan regarding the listing of our house, we were perfectly at ease, he has proven to be a tireless worker and has also actioned every request I have made, he ensures things are followed through and protects our interests. Cannot recommend him and the agency enough.
