I was in a hurry to find a place as I had to move out of my current place soon. I looked at a property for rent on a Saturday which I liked and wanted to apply for. I am not the best at doing online applications It was a bit of a struggle getting everything together. So I called the office on Monday and explained I needed some help with the application. James was only to willing to help me with it. I went to the office and completed the form in short time. To my surprise my application was processed in no time at all and I he called me a few hrs later to tell me I was successful and I could move in when I wanted. Mandy and the team have done a good job as my real estate agents over the last 8 years, and I've never really had a problem with them or the tenants they have recommended to me, with the rent always paid on time. I wish they were a little more proactive on organising inspections, rather than waiting for me to prompt them every time, but otherwise I've never had an issue.
