Mandy and the team have done a good job as my real estate agents over the last 8 years, and I've never really had a problem with them or the tenants they have recommended to me, with the rent always paid on time. I wish they were a little more proactive on organising inspections, rather than waiting for me to prompt them every time, but otherwise I've never had an issue.
