After the successful sale of my house in Sefton in 2022 by Michael and his team I engaged them again to sell my house in Merrylands in June 2023. Once again they did a fantastic job with my house selling within 2 weeks of being listed (before auction! ) at a price that met my expectations. Special mention to Cynthia Al Hazouri who took personal charge of the whole sale process and was always willing to o that little bit extra. Happy to recommend them.

Michael and the team were able to move our property quickly even in light of the current market with unsure interest rate rises ahead. The property was marketed through all forms of online socials as well as hard copy flyers and advertisements which we felt covered all basses. Michael stayed back after hours to ensure our deal was closed as quickly as possible. Would definitely use Ray White again.
