Felt completely confident
Introduced by another out of area agent who we knew, we quickly found Michael to know the area, know the market and give what seemed to us to be very advice on the best way to proceed. Michael always responses to texts, emails or calls very quickly and on the day of the auction, had everything under control. Would warmly commend him to other vendors.

Excellent agent, worked hard to sell my property

Communication can be improved
The feedback is based on overall communication. Personal belongings from previous homeowner were not removed at time of settlement, even I specifically requested at time of final inspection.
