The team and especially Danielle, were great to work with. They went out of their way to ensure a positive outcome, delivered on what they said they would deliver and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I would definitely work with them again. Thanks Team.

Baileux has been managing a number of our investment properties for the past 4 years and we are incredibly happy with the level of service they provide. Ben and his team understand the market and strive for the best rental price for our properties. Our PM Danni has incredible attention to detail when it comes to the routine inspections and maintenance and actions items accordingly. Keep up the great work team!

I recently bought an investment property through another agency which I didn't feel comfortable using as a leasing agent. I contacted Baileux and Ben got back me immediately to take my property on. Then Danielle was able to find a tenant immediately too and it landed on my actual settlement day! I couldn't believe the turn around and service. Highly recommend. Cheers, Travis
