I found Baileux a fantastic agency to deal with. From the first contact to securing the lease we found the team added that personal touch that makes the difference, great service.

WOW, I contacted Ben at Baileux, and his approach instilled confidence that he would deliver on what he promised. We discussed many options for our property, and decided to take Ben's advice. A plan was put in place and within a short period he delivered. He and his team have all been incredibly professional, and kept the lines of communication open at all times. If you are looking for a truely honest and knowledgable agent, I would strongly recommend you give Ben a call to discuss your requirements.

When we needed a rental property at short notice we turned to Ben who had looked after us so well previously. He found the perfect house in the right area and we can’t be any happier to be dealing with him again. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest to a fault, we could not recommend him and the whole Baileux team highly enough.

Many thanks must go to Benjamin (and Baileux) for the proactive work he puts into managing our rental property, the sound advice and professionalism shown. This all results in less stress for me, being the owner, and I am sure this also serves well for the tenants. Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.
