I have had the pleasure of working with Ben and Jen as far back as 2017. During this time, they have gone above and beyond in their dedication and commitment to the role of managing my property as well as the sale in 2022. Having not been in Mackay during the entire tenancy and final sale, Ben was indispensable as a point of contact. He updated me regularly with extensive inspection reports and organised all required maintenance and repairs. During the period of tenancy there was never a time when the property was vacant and after all the tenancies the property was often in better condition than before. Ben was meticulous in his screening process to ensure the best quality tenants who always paid on time. During the tenancy, Ben also organised all facets of running the property. This included ensuring contractors had access to fix the air conditioning system when broken, arranging yearly termite/pest inspections and general wear and tear management. He always provided me with multiple quotes to ensure I was getting the best price. I did not believe his service could get any better until it came to sell the property. The process was painless and seamless. From the beginning, Ben was transparent with what he recommended as the best marketing strategy as well as helping me to set a price point. I was utterly blown away by the online package he provided which not only included such professional pictures (that I wanted to buy my property) but a fly through of the property which eventually helped an interstate buyer to purchase it. This whole process seemed to happen so quickly that the property was sold even before the first organised viewing. I believe that the online package was what did the trick, as it expanded the market so investment buyers in other states were able to view the property thoroughly as if they were attending in person. I cannot recommend Ben enough and hope to one day engage Ben and his team’s services again.
