Ben and Baileux handled my rental property for 4 years. It was always fully tenanted (with good tenants), and any issues were dealt with transparently and with good notice. I then sold the property with Ben and the team worked incredibly hard to secure a great, motivated buyer with minimal time on market, and left vendor and buyer very satisfied with the process and quick time to settle. I can't speak highly enough about the experience we have had with Ben and his team. We first came across Ben and his wife at an open home. They made a great impression and despite not buying from them we had no hesitation in making contact when we wanted to sell a duplex we owned. A fairly complex process of signing over the rental management was simple and straight forward. The rental reporting far exceeded what had got from the incumbent. The sales process was too good to be true. Ben listed at a price 10% higher than we were anticipating. On the first day of listing he had an offer at the asking price. Within 4 weeks we had settled at the full price. The after sales service has been excellent and we are very pleased. Big thanks to everybody at Baileux.
