Shaun is very professional, a great communicator & a good listener. This was my first time selling a unit, so I was pretty nervous. He got a great price for me , in a very uncertain time considering the fuel crisis & rising interest rates. A shout out to his photographer as well, who took great pics of my place. It was such a lovely experience selling my unit with Rowade. I had already had an offer accepted and needed to sell ASAP so I was relieved when Rowade (somehow) managed to get my place up for viewing (pictures and all) within 2-3 days. As well as this his communication skills were great and his knowledge of the market were indispensable. He also showed a great amount of empathy when I had to unexpectedly had to be admitted to hospital at the MOST inconvenient time and reshuffled home opens for me so I could recover.
