We could not have been happier with the service we got from Paul. The whole process - from engaging him to settlement - could not have run smoother. Paul was in regular contact with us throughout the process but only told us what we needed to know, which was very pleasing. Prior to sale, Paul provided us with some very helpful advice on what we could do to help improve the chances of sale and to hopefully get a premium price, without having to spend too much money. We were able to do these things and, as a result, I think it increased our sale price. Our home was on the market for only 4 days before we received multiple offers. Paul was realisitic about what our home was worth and did not promise on things he couldnt deliver. In the end, we ended up getting well above our asking price!
