Renae had a fair task ahead of her when she took on selling our property, she had the pressure of us already having picked a property to purchase and an offer accepted along with a 6 month timeframe before i required an operation that would see us unable to do any of this for at least another 12 months. Renae had a good reach with multiple people viewing our property and came to us with an offer early in the piece that by the time we accepted was retracted due to buyers finance, then not long after she had a buyer who had an offer accepted, valuation done, pest and building inspection done, but unfortunately still had to pull out (whilst we were expecting contracts to exchange that week) due to financing. At that point we were just about to give up as another offer was accepted on the place we were purchasing, i called and booked a date for the operation, when what seemed like a miracle happened, the people purchasing our dream property pulled out leaving it back up for grabs and Renae managed to attract yet another potential buyer to purchase our home, practically in the space of a week both sale and purchase were going ahead with a slightly delayed date for the operation but still within the timeframe of needing it done, Renae got the job done and we are set to start the move in 4 days time. Renae practically sold our place twice in the time she was working with us and compared to other houses on the market (comparison properties with other agents) were listed before ours and still listed now.
