The Sales advice and valuation were very consistent with the current market conditions. Advice on preparation of the house before going onto the market really helped the process along and achieve the result we were after. Heath's communication through the whole process kept us up to date at all times and as we were able to sell in less than a month of being on the market the final result was what we needed. We bought a house in Cessnock from Heath's agency, Baird RE . Heath personally got involved in the negotiation of and exchange of contracts. Because we were from out of town, Heath organised a teleconference with our Conveyancer, in which he demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the minutia of the conveyancing process. He picked up on many points of detail that, had they gone undetected, would have delayed and frustrated the contract exchange process. Heath's depth of knowledge, and friendly, helpful personality did much to ensure a quick and timely process. We recommend him and his firm very highly.

We found Drew to be very well-natured and polite; always following up and providing all the information we requested, but without being pushy. Drew is very prompt at returning his calls, which we found very impressive and helpful during the buying process. And, he was always willing to show us all the homes we initially liked the look of, and a time of our convenience - and I admit there were quite a few of them. He never gave the impression it was a bother. I am sure he will be a great asset to Baird, and we would have no hesitation in dealing with him again.
