When I chose Scott to sell our property it was due to his reputation in the area and superior knowledge of the Balmain / Rozelle area. We had watched him achieve excellent sales results throughout the area and especially in Union Balmain. The whole process was relaxed and easy with Scott supporting us throughout the sale. Our property didn't need styling and the photographer Scott engaged captured the great features of our apartment in the photos he took. The result we achieved was within the range suggested by Scott and within 2 weeks of listing. As our buyers had asked if we were interested in selling some of our furniture, Scott handled the negotiations resulting in us being able to leave most of our furniture for the buyers. This was a huge bonus for us and the buyers. We avoided removal and storage costs and the buyers were able to move in to an almost fully furnished apartment at settlement.
