Scott, family and staff have looked after us for some 11 years with the management of our 4 bedroom home at Balmain Cove and we have always had excellent tenants, the reporting has always been excellent and rents deposited when expected regardless of time of year. We have been 100% happy with the management. When we decided to sell we did not go any where but to Scott and Balmain Real Estate.
