Anil always return my phone calls and is pleasant to talk to. He is willing to negotiate with terms and conditions and deals with the seller and buyer fairly. He has good market knowledge of the area for the sale of the unit and I like the OPENN system as it provides the seller up-to-date information on offers. Anil is very professional and always provide feedback to me in a timely manner.
