This would be expected but she went above and beyond providing feedback regarding the property condition, tenants at the time and things I should focus on. I wasn’t in a rush and despite engaging in October of 2024 she simple kept in contact and continued to provide advice until the property eventually went on the market in June. She was always willing to assist with minor tasks I couldn’t do ( I don’t live in Perth), never complained and had things completed very quickly. I really don’t like selling/buying property because of what’s involved and stressing about the result. Anil always return my phone calls and is pleasant to talk to. He is willing to negotiate with terms and conditions and deals with the seller and buyer fairly. He has good market knowledge of the area for the sale of the unit and I like the OPENN system as it provides the seller up-to-date information on offers. I can’t recommend David and Mandy Coldham enough. They achieved a quick and easy sale for us and made us nearly $200k more than we were hoping for Their rates were very reasonable and the photographer made the place really look fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Also, apart from the $195 for the photographer, there was no other set up fees
