Nicky is at all times very professional, has great communication & organisation skills. Whilst Nicky acts always in a professional manner she has that rare ability to establish a genuine personal rapport with her clients, certainly from my point of view she made me feel as if I was her number one client. I can honestly say that Nicky,Gus & all of the admin team made this experience the most stress free one I have ever had when selling a home.
