Brodie was easy to talk to and work with, If I asked a question about the property that he wasn't sure of he definitely did his homework and found an answer and got back to me quite quickly, he was friendly, helpful, non judgmental and always came across as welcoming and ready to listen to your questions, and concerns as well as understanding your circumstances.
