Nicky had an offer on my house within a day of listing.
After having a below average experience with another Sales Agency, Nicky had an offer on my house within a day of listing. (I should have followed the recommendations from my friends to start with.) Nicky was also very punctual and kept me up to date with every call and negotiation she had.

I would recommend Brodie as a Real Estate agent as he has an interest in every parties needs.
Brodie was easy to talk to and work with, If I asked a question about the property that he wasn't sure of he definitely did his homework and found an answer and got back to me quite quickly, he was friendly, helpful, non judgmental and always came across as welcoming and ready to listen to your questions, and concerns as well as understanding your circumstances. Overall I would recommend Brodie as a Real Estate agent as he has an interest in every parties needs.

Nicky and her team at Barker Real estate were great to sell our home with.
Nicky and her team at Barker Real estate were great to sell our home with. Despite the fact that the house we were selling was in my now husbands name, Nicky was great in ringing me when she wanted a quicker response and spoke to us both equally. Their valuation was spot on and everything on their end went really smoothly. The team are professional but really friendly and very detail orientated when it came to helping us get the property ready for sale.
