The office staff and his assistant Rachel were on top of getting our property ready for sale and dealing with the buyer and conveyances. Thank you Jacob for selling our block of land overlooking the Leschenault Inlet Australind. Not many people would get an offer on their property within three days of being put on the market. Unfortunately this sale fell through but within two weeks after this Jacob had another buyer lined up and settlement is nearly completed. I'm sure that the little extra we paid at the beginning for a drone and a video of the block combined with the great views certainly created extra interest.
