Thank you Jacob for selling our block of land overlooking the Leschenault Inlet Australind. Not many people would get an offer on their property within three days of being put on the market. Unfortunately this sale fell through but within two weeks after this Jacob had another buyer lined up and settlement is nearly completed. I feel communication with both parties could have been better and found that the agent could be quite heavy handed when he did communicate. And may not have been working with the best interests of the purchaser and this could have pushed less business minded people into a difficult situation.
