On our first meeting with Keith he was able to give us a valuation of our property which was aligned with what we believed the house was worth and he gave us confidence that we would sell quickly, which we did. Personally we have bought and sold over five times in our hunt for the right home. We wish we had known Rodney beforehand as we would have picked him as our Agent every time. Rodney looked after the sale of my mother's home recently and that's how we were introduced. It was a very sensitive and sad time as she did not want to leave the home she had built with her own hands, but alas, it was no longer suitable for her to stay there. Rodney went above and beyond the call of duty, helping to arrange getting the house ready for sale, always showing care and giving sage advice about how best to market the property whilst balancing multiple emotional family stakeholders.
