Professional, excellent communication, trustworthy, managed expectations and high work effort.
Michael was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. He understood my goals and the expectations were set from the start. Michael never misled me with a sales pitch of achieving a result that was inevitably never possible in the current market. Michael was always the first to call and communicate any updates along with any change in strategy that he felt was appropriate to do so. I was never in a position where I had to follow Michael up for an update or any matter during the entire process. His knowledge of the market and in particular the area is second to none. Putting my trust in Michael's work effort was the least I could do as the shift in market conditions were outside of our control. My expectations were managed as time went on with empathy, however the end result exceeded my overall expectation, which is a true testament to Michael's willingness to do the best until the very end. I have and will continue to recommend Michael to anyone that is wanting to sell their property. If you're looking for someone that you can trust and feel confident that the person managing the sale of your property is working with and for you, then look no further. Whilst there were times I had lost faith in the market and was tempted to pull the property off the market, I never lost faith in Michael's work effort and drive to get a deal done. Patience and persistence has led to an extremely great outcome for all involved.

Excellent
My husband and I found Barry Plant to be most professional in selling our house, David and Joanne were always ready to help with any queries, sometimes going out of there way. Joanne well she was always there for me, helping wherever she could, way and beyond. Thank you both of you for making the sale not nearly as stressful as it could have been.

EASY TO WORK WITH
Joanne has been lovely to work with during and after the sale of my house. She is open and transparent in her dealings with the buyer and the vendor, and very kind and helpful if any questions arise. A Consummate Professional

Michael is very friendly and honest he made our experience enjoyable
Michael is well versed in his Job his experience was what kept Jacky and I stable we trusted what he was telling us and he was guiding us to achieve the best outcome on our auction day. We had over 30 people to our auction and 5 couples bidding on the day which shows the amount of chasing up that was done to ensure that we had the best chance on auction day.
