We found Michael great to deal with, he kept an open line of communication with us and embraced our requirements as a family. What impressed most was the approach Michael used, he always made us feel welcomed, even after missing out on auctions he would come over and talk to us. In the end we found our dream home and buying this through Michael was the best result for everyone. Post sale the approach has not changed, he continues to work with us so we have the best result moving in. Without doubt we would not only recommend Michael but I'd encourage you to put him at the top of your list for buying or selling. Thanks Michael!

I was initially referred to David Moxon from 2 separate sources as the man to handle the sale of my property. David was fantastic, he guided me through the process of selling from the preparation of the property, professional staging, advertising, and all of the statutory requirements. He worked tirelessly showing the property and dealing with prospective buyers. I couldn't be happier the property sold well over the reserve and the auction was attended by a large group of keen buyers. thank you to David and his team Leanne and Renato for their efforts and the fantastic result acheived

Going through renovation to prepare a house to sell can be a stressful experience. Teaming up with Michael as our agent was the best decision we have made. We found Michael to be highly ethical and very transparent with every aspect of the sale. Michael is very knowledgeable about real estate market in the area and sets realistic targets and was creative during COVID-19 lockdown period. I wouldn't hesitate to engage Michael to sell my property in the future. Thank you Michael for all the hard work and was a pleasure teaming up with you and the Barry Plant team.

David Moxon is a very knowledgeable & professional agent to sell through. He fully explains his proven techniques & sales steps to all vendors and talks you through the whole auction process with specific auction scenarios, what if? what if? Whilst fully understanding the vendors selling expectations. Multiple in person meetings took place during our auction campaign. We found his team were exceptionally well trained and professional throughout our auction journey. Well done Barry Plant Bundoora & congratulations to David Moxon for achieving our sales goals.
