Professional from Day one!
From the first meeting with David we were impressed with his Professional manner and knowledge of the local area. We originally had planned on having a few agents look at our property but after our first meeting we knew he was the agent we wanted to sell our Family home. His communication throughout the whole process was beyond excellent, his team Leanne and Tom were fantastic with selling our property and making it a wonderful experience. On Auction day he made us feel very at ease with the whole experience, aswell as Leanne and Tom who made us feel comfortable from first arriving to finishing up the day. We would highly recommend using David and his team at Barry Plant couldn't fault them in any way. Thankyou!

Efficient and knowledgeable
My house was recently sold by Joanne Yu and Shaun Zhang from Barry Plant, they explained the process to me as someone new to selling and ran a strategic plan, reaching out to many potential buyers and sold the property in just under a month at quite a bit above the expected price.

Great end to end process

Excellent and Professional
Michael made the experience of selling my home a pleasure. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful however I felt that the whole process was in capable hands. He recommended a conveyancing company, organised for a stylist to come through the house and provided a skip to start the decluttering process. I’d highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.
