We have no hesitation to express our thanks and appreciation for the advice and the way advertising for the sale of our property was conducted from the first day the papers were signed. Michael Egan demonstrated his capacity as an auctioneer on the day of the auction in clearly explaining the procedure and subsequently conducting the auction with vigour and persistence to reach a value for the satisfaction of both parties. We wish Michael great future.

After months of renovations to 27 Lennox Cres, Bundoora it was time to find the right agent to sell our property. After meeting with a number of agents we realised that Michael was the one for the job. Michael was eager to sell the property his excitement made us confident that he was going to achieve the best possible outcome. He was professional at all times, he kept us informed all the way and we knew that he had prospective buyers who were serious about buying. The best was left to last when we heard Michael declare that the property sold over our expected reserve. Great result, Great Agent, Happy vendors.
