Sale of investment property

We recently engaged Thomas Price of Barry Plant Bundoora to sell our investment property in Bundoora. Thomas was referred to us by Mark Feledi of “Which Realestate Agent”. From the outset, Thomas did not disappoint. He was very quick to contact us and provide an eceptional assessment. The property was occupied by a university student tennant and Thomas ensured he was not impacted in anyway by our intent to sell. His valuation of the property and preparation for sale were excellent in every sense. In only six weeks from engagement, the property was on the market with inspection days conducted and a successful sale with an executed contract in place on 30 day settlement terms. The whole process was incredibly easy and comforting for us as sellers. The price was well within our expectations. Thomas regularly udated us and was genuine in his advice and judgement. We are extremely happy with the result and the personal approach that Thomas has to his professional services. We would readily recommend Thomas and Barry Plant.
