Happy with outcome.
Have had Damien sell a couple of other properties for me and also referred several listings his way over the past years. I have always been happy with the outcome of my sales and have always had good reports back from the people I have referred.

A rare find!
We were buyers trying to find a house for a number of months. We contacted many agencies requesting to be put on their database and kept in the loop on properties. Most agencies completely ignored us, even if they did have "off market" properties. Adam however, kept us in the loop 100% of the time. He informed us of upcoming properties rather than waiting until they were online and never tried to push us above our budget or wasted our time by showing us a house that he knew wasn't in our range or trying to make us compromise on our requirements. As first time buyers, we had multiple questions and he answered them all with such detail and patience, never making us feel like a bother. And to top it off, he's honest and just a great bloke to talk to. His valuations were all honest, not just trying to get us sucked in and genuinely wanted to help us out, not only there for the vendors. Would highly recommend!

Selling our house
This was the first time I was selling a property and did not know what to expect and was quite nervous Due to the Unknown. However from my first meeting and interaction with Damien he clearly and patiently explained everything to me. He was honest and upfront with all the information and took his time to make sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Throughout the advertising campaign Damien kept me fully informed with every open house inspection and leading up to the Auction provided me with stats and reports on how the campaign was running. Damien was professional at all times and I felt absolutely confident that we would get the best price possible for my property at auction. The care, attention and commitment that Damien displayed when managing the sale to my property was just amazing and I would recommend him and his team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Great result
Done a great job always in contact to keep me upto date. Also do a weekly report of whats happen over a week with inspections. And very professional and knows the market well. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Selling my house
I have used Damien in the past and have found him to be excellent. He always strives to achieve what the home owner wants to get in house sale price. He knows the area well and what to do to get your sell price but making a few changes to the home. Quick, easy and fast sale - no problem! His communication with us was excellent we were always kept in the loop and felt we could call him for anything and he would get back to us most efficiently.

Damian is by far the best agent in the Craigieburn area and highly recommended, he makes the selling experience an easier one with his honesty and hardworking attitude. Thru out our 4 week campaign he not only kept us updated but also project managed works needing to be carried out to the property. Due to those factors it is no wonder that we over exceeded expectations on auction day.
