Firstly Damien was prompt with my inquiry into selling my home. Within 2 hours of leaving a message he replied and an appointment was made for the following day. He answered all my questions with the utmost respect of someone not having any real estate knowledge. I felt comfortable discussing why I had the need to sell and felt that my privacy was never compromised. The communication between myself and Damien was at all times open and professional. His knowledge of the market and Craigieburn was second to none. From the appointment time to the signing of the contract I thought would be extremely stressful but this was not the case. Thanks for everything Adam. Such an easy process from start to finish. We were very pleased with Adams high level of communication throughout the whole selling process. He is honest and hard working, regularly calling early in the morning and late into the evening to secure a sale. The was never any pressure to sell for a price we weren't happy with.
