Worthy of all the accolades
I met Mark late 2017 at an open inspection and though I didn’t purchase my property from Barry Plant, I did remember Mark’s manner in how he conducted himself with potential buyers at open inspections. When it was time for me to sell my property, I interviewed a number of agents to see who would be the best choice based on knowledge of the Manningham area, investment they make into selling the property, and how they market their listings. The interviews validated my choice in choosing Mark to sell my property, even though the house was quite modest with a few challenges for Mark to overcome. Mark kept me well informed of how things were proceeding during the campaign (even when they were not all that positive) and respected my method of communication due to my work/study commitment during the weeks leading up to the auction. Mark's team of people supporting him were very engaging to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team to other people. Mark’s dedication, enthusiasm and honest work ethics; I’d recommend Mark to everyone. It’s not easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent. The result of our auction is outstanding for a modest home and I am delighted to close this chapter of my life.

Great service, great result!
We were very happy with Mark's (and his team's) professionalism and down to earth approach marketing our property. We've observed many auctions over the years and have a strong b....s detector when talking to agents. Mark was very genuine and we were very impressed with his auction style. Simply the best!
Mark has surpassed all my expectations once again. This has been our second property sale transaction with Mark and I couldn't be any happier. His people and communications skills are exemplary, which ensures that he will always generate the best possible result for the vendor. He is also very honest in his feedback which some say is uncommon these days. I would never contemplate using any other agent and therefore, highly recommend his services to any prospective vendor.

GREAT WORK MARK
From the start of our campaign to the final outcome Mark made the whole process so easy for us, nothing was to much trouble and he certainly made us feel at ease with his knowledge of the market and the way he communicated every little detail to us. Mark's openness and professionalism certainly made us feel at ease and the realistic expectations we set together with Mark all came to fruition with a fantastic final outcome to our sale.
