Mark has been an outstanding agent and auctioneer for us. It is clear to us that he has a passion for real estate and is constantly striving to improve his level of customer service and to build on an already strong personal brand. He also has a strong supporting team (David Napoleone) and the 4 week auction campaign ran very successfully. Trying to sell a property just before Xmas has its challenges and we had a very short time frame to get the property onto the market for sale to maximise air time. Mark arranged for professional photos of our property to be taken on Cup Day (public holiday) and he also came to the photo shoot. What impressed me the most about Mark was that he didn't give us false hope, he encouraged us to research sales in the area during the campaign and make our own decision as to what our property was worth. Each week he sent a full review of interest in our house and clearly went through with us what would happen on the day of auction. We set our reserve at a conservative price compared to recent sales and were very happy with the outcome on the day that was much higher than expected.
