I have been following Mark for quite sometime and have now had the full understanding as why he is the best in his field. Mark is able to listen to his customers and what is important. For us it was making sure Mark understood our emotional connection to the property and to respect it like it was his own. Mark showed that to us by his actions and being transparent with us at all times. Mark is an agent that can build genuine rapport with owners but he shines when he builds the rapport with the potential buyers, which only helps his client come negotiation time. His professionalism is second to none. His honesty and credibility is something you cannot teach and that speaks high volume of his own morals. Outside the outstanding sale result - $150k over reserve- he is an agent that you build long term relationships with. Mark and his team were outstanding. Wouldn’t look elsewhere.
