We would like to express our gratitude to Luke who did an outstanding job in selling our property. We did not undertake a full sales campaign but took advantage of Barry Plants client base. Luke understood our decision to not take the property to auction and yet still got us impressive results. The photos of the house was beautifully done and the advertisement of the property was appealing to the eye. All completed in a very quick time frame. Luke was prompt in organising inspections and he always kept us informed on the progress of the sale. Luke highly respected our property and we felt safe leaving it in his hands. Luke even went as far as finalising the sale on his day off, Sunday! He was able to get us the top of our price range in a matter of three weeks of the property being on the market. We are extremely grateful for this exceptional level of service and we would like to thank Luke for his professionalism and his expertise in the field.
