She remained in constant contact with me, providing updates on the sale, advice on the process, options to consider, etc - which gave me comfort that I was not misguided in the process which for my first time selling I was very conscious of. She always had an answer to my questions, I didn't ever have to prompt her for any assistance as she was proactive in getting touch with me first before I needed to.
