My first experience selling, I put our property in the hands of Louise and Vivian and was impressed with the process they followed, including the direct management of a tenant, to prepare and promote it. And I was completely delighted with the well-above-reserve sale price. Auction day arrived with nerves and a level of anxiety. The red carpet and the coffee van onsite arranged by Barry Plant was an unexpected surprise which relaxed everyone. The way Lousie managed the tempo of the auction and the bidders involved was masterful. I've seen many auctions and bought a few properties, and would rate Louise at the top of the auctioneers I have seen.

We'd been looking around for a few years to buy and in recent times Barry Plant Heathmont clearly were the best in their personal presentation to the public. But the reason we chose them was that they were consistently getting good crowds and number of bidders to their auctions, hence getting good prices. Also they have a Chinese speaker (Vivian Li) in their crew, who I had seen interacting with the Chinese buyers. Vivian was our main agent and worked enthusiastically to get us a good price on auction day. The lesser crowds, bidders & results of auctions nearby to us from other agents reinforced to me that we had made the right choice for our sale.

If you're selling a property in the 3135 area code then Louise and the team at Barry Plant Heathmont are the most reliable and dependable agents to get you the best possible result. Having previously worked in real estate investment I did lot of research and found that in Hearhmont and Ringwood East, Louise and the team at Barry Plant consistently sold properties and at a higher price than their competitors. We went to auction knowing we had high expectations and though our property was passed in Louise negotiated relentlessly with the bidders getting us to the reserve and selling on the day. Louise's manner is very friendly but she also has her pulse on the market and is a very good project manager. it's obvious that her positive attitude permeates throughout the rest of Barry Plant Heathmont as the whole office always responded to us promptly with a smile on their face. When selecting an agent you want someone that deals well with buyers, who will keep them motivated and get them over the love. That is what makes Louise and her team the best in the area.

We can't thank Louise and Kate enough for their support, guidance and knowledge when selling our gorgeous little home. We would certainly recommend the Barry Plant Red Carpet Experience to all our family and friends. I find that in this day and age it is hard to find people and businesses who operate to a high standard. The little things certainly didn't go unnoticed. We appreciate that with new technology we can just text message them both and within a few minutes we would have a reply. The coffee car was a fantastic addition to our auction. Many people commented on how welcoming our house was on auction day. All the Heathmont staff greet people with a smile and are very approachable and personable. They are well dressed and present themselves to a very high standard! I even noticed that Louise has a matching phone cover to go with the red and blue uniform of Barry Plant! Love it! And it didn't go unnoticed that all the woman wore red shoes too! These things may seem small but were certainly appealing when you are wanting to present you home with the same class! Their knowledge of the current market was very helpful and they are always willing to assist you with questions - large and small!
