We had been looking for our first home for over 6 months & started to be feel like it was never going to happen any time soon until we by luck met Natalie at an open inspection for a house we saw advertised. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right house for us but Natalie called to touch base with us during the following week to set up a few more private inspections for a few houses that were about to come on the market in the areas we were wanting to live. She also was happy to meet us both after work hours as this was the only time that suited us. Long story short, we fell in love with one of the houses she showed us & assisted us to make a formal offer to the vendors prior to auction which the vendors accepted! We knew we were taking a punt by making an offer so early but without Natalie’s honesty & support it would never of happened as most agents try to encourage you not to make an offer prior to auction (Or not present it to vendors) to ensure the house goes to Auction. But Natalie understood we had been to so many auctions & were serious & ready to buy a house by end of this year, so she ensured that she tried her best for us even though she couldn’t promise the best result. Although we knew we may not of been successful, by seeing all the effort Natalie was putting in for us compared to other local agencies, we knew we were just not a number & were confident she was going to be the agent that helps us find our home (& clearly as a result we were successful with our offer & soon to receive the keys to our very first home!) Natalie, we are so happy we met you & that we bought our first house through you. You are kind, caring, professional, approachable, reliable, relatable, understanding & Barry Plant, I’m sure know how lucky they are to have you as one of their amazing “Real” Estate Agents. Great result for all involved (including for the vendors as I’m sure too they were thrilled their house sold so quickly & we can all start the year 2020 off on the right foot!
