We were absolutely blown away by Matts service and his honest, caring professional approach. He was so patient and caring when dealing with us and our elderly Mother. He sold our Mothers house in record time we had all the hard work and pressure of keeping up appearances within the house taken out of the process as it sold to the 2nd person who looked through. This was just fantastic as we were selling Mums house to help Mum relocate to an Aged Care facility, and this is a very hard thing to do. It was clear from the first step when Matt came to give us an appraisal that he would be working for us and working hard to get us the maximum price, which he did!! We are still talking about the sale of Mums house and can't believe that the sale of the house worked out so well and easy! We really think we are lucky to have had Matt working for us. We could not recommend Matt Ketteringham highly enough even his staff were all professional and friendly and really cared about us the customer. He has done a great job all round for us and would not sell a property through anyone else!!
