In our short phone conversation she was able to give an accurate estimate of our likely sales price, recommend the best strategy (private sale, not auction) and let us know she had a list of many interested buyers looking for properties like ours. The whole process took 12 days. All documentation was able to be signed online which made it even easier given the Victorian lockdown at the time.
