Excellent Communication
Nunzio managed the sale of our property in Melbourne autonomously as we were interstate, he also communicated well with the rental agent managing our tenant and our conveyancer meaning everyone was always well informed. He worked hard to get the best price for us and we appreciate all of his efforts. I would highly recommend Nunzio which is high praise considering I have dealt with a number of sales agents in the past few years and have never recommended anyone before.

Great communication and quick sell
We couldn't possibly be happier with the support Chris gave us in not only selling our property for an incredible price, but also the amazing support he gave us at every point leading up to that. Chris' advice on buying our new property was invaluable so it was an easy choice for him to also sell our existing property. Chris took absolute control of the selling process and secured us a price that we couldn't even believe was possible. From listing to signing the contract was an unbelievably short 6 days, with constant communication from Chris to let us know what was happening. Selling of 27 Hemlock Crescent - Michael Barbuto
As the vendor for 27 Hemlock Crescent I found Micheal's market knowledge of the area to be invaluable. His estimation of what the property would sell for was spot on, and I was happy with the result. He advised me on any improvements that I needed to do to the property to present it in the best possible light, this wasn't that easy as the property is being rented. An excellent agent with a wealth of knowledge and experience
Very professional. The process was seamless and nothing was ever to hard to support us with. Nunzio always had our best interests at heart and we could always contact him to ask questions. He always kept us up to date with what was happening weather it was an open inspection or tradespeople working at our property. At no stage through the selling process did we feel as though we were not being looked after. Nunzio made selling a home a very easy and pleasing experience. Would happily sell again with Nunzio.
